Add .NET docs for pg connection.
Update with uri error handling.

Hi @bitobrian, sorry for the long delay, and thanks for writing this up. We're going to go ahead and close this due to the page covering legacy unmanaged Fly Postgres. Since it's is in maintenance mode, we're not adding new content to it. Per-language examples now live on the Managed Postgres client configuration page (https://fly.io/docs/mpg/client-configuration/), and a .NET example there could be useful in the future. Thanks for the contribution. |
