CipSoft GmbH is the copyright owner of the Tibia game software and associated proprietary assets that are being infringed. I am a licensed attorney authorized to act on behalf of CipSoft GmbH in submitting this notice and enforcing its copyright interests. I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice.

**Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed.**

The original copyrighted work is the proprietary server-side software and related source code for the MMORPG Tibia, developed and owned by CipSoft GmbH. The Tibia game operates using a client-server architecture in which CipSoft’s proprietary server software manages game worlds, networking protocols, character data, game mechanics, items, maps, and other gameplay systems. This server software and its source code are confidential proprietary works owned by CipSoft and have never been released as open source.

The materials distributed in the referenced repository are derived from CipSoft’s proprietary Tibia server software for version 7.7. The code and associated materials appear to originate from source code that was unlawfully obtained through a security breach affecting CipSoft’s systems and subsequently decompiled and reconstructed.

The repository reproduces and distributes unauthorized derivative works of CipSoft’s copyrighted server software, including implementations of the Tibia server architecture, networking protocol handling, gameplay logic, and other systems that replicate the structure, functionality, and organization of CipSoft’s proprietary server code.

The servers are operated at https://www.tibia.com/. The game server, query manager and other components are not distributed through tibia.com.
