ci(android): Increase API 37 emulator memory

[sentry-junior]

Increase the Android 17 emulator allocation from 4 GiB to 8 GiB while keeping API 31–36 at 4 GiB.

The API 37 Maestro app-start test can leave the test process cached while opening the notification shade. Under the current allocation, Android's low-memory killer terminates that process, turning the expected warm notification launch into a legitimate cold start. The workflow now carries memory as a matrix value and applies it consistently during AVD creation and the test run.

Validation: git diff --check passed and the matrix/emulator-option wiring was inspected. The full Gradle formatting/API task could not run in the sandbox because Java is unavailable; this PR only changes GitHub Actions YAML.
