adoption: add Grimm App to all and mobile documentation

Summary

• Add Grimm App to the BDK adoption pages (Mobile and All).
• Include the project logo (docs/assets/logos/users/grimm-130.png).

Test plan

• Run uv sync && uv run zensical serve locally
• Verify Grimm App appears on /adoption/mobile/
• Verify Grimm App appears on /adoption/all/
• Confirm the logo displays correctly and the website link works
