Add practical options to the Context Menu

In case that the complete installation that includes the SVG Text Editor has been carried out, the options added to the Contextual Menu will be two img 1, otherwise the option to open the text editor will not be added. Both menu options will only appear by right-clicking on SVG files.

Open with SVG Text Editor

This option makes it easy to open files with the SVG Text Editor by avoiding having to set it as the default program for SVG or use the "open with" option.

Export to PNG files

The Export to PNG files option is a tool for converting SVG to PNG.
