Adds Consilium, a free and open-source multi-provider AI harness for Windows and Linux.
The public GitHub release provides
consilium-0.1.0-x86_64.AppImage. The AppImage includes desktop and AppStream metadata and has been tested with networking disabled while displaying its normal desktop interface.
