[BUG] 开启Clash Verge的系统代理时Conda安装Python包会出现SSL错误

Conda安装包时出现报错：
Retrying (Retry(total=2, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None, status=None)) after connection broken by 'SSLZeroReturnError(6, 'TLS/SSL connection has been closed (EOF) (_ssl.c:1131)')': /nvidia/noarch/repodata.json

ProxyError: Conda cannot proceed due to an error in your proxy configuration.
Check for typos and other configuration errors in any '.netrc' file in your home directory,
any environment variables ending in '_PROXY', and any other system-wide proxy
configuration settings.

关闭系统代理后报错消失
