Gpt 5.5 posts its summary using Task Complete tool -- the summary should be shown in UI

repro:

1. ask gpt 5.5 to do something in Agents window using CLI
2. it completes the task and invoked "Task Complete" with the summary of what it's done -- however the summary is not shown in UI leaving the user without summary of what the agent has done

@DonJayamanne pls connect straight with Ulugbek, he has shown me earlier today 2-3 examples where GPT 5.5 ends with invoking the "Task Complete" tool with a message and then no more markdown.

We do not surface this message to the UI, but I presume the CLI does. It would be good to understand what is expected of the UI side to do when this tool is invoked and how do we do it.
