As per title: I have around 9 years of household bookkeeping data that I want to migrate to self-hosted from a proprietary cloud app (Wallet). The export I have is an .xlsx, in which I already converted the dedicated "payee" to fit in the "tags" approach of ezbookkeeping - that is already a layer of granularity I was not happy to lose but then finding that neither categories nor tags are being created by said import (> 16k entries) was a showstopper. Is it expected to build all desired tags and categories prior to any import? That is borderline unusable for someone trying to migrate - can someone enlighten me if this is "by design" or am I missing somethin? Thanks!
EDIT: I searched again for solutions and found #402 (reply in thread) but I am missing the mentioned "create nonexistent ..." option :(
