Updating static MyST website

I'm trying to build a website using MyST Markdown. With the static version, I'm wondering how to update the website?
So far, I build the website using : myst build --html ; and I upload the _build/html directory on the server. Is there a way to upload only the changes?

you can use tools like rsync to only upload the files that change.

However the building of the website (myst build --html) changes all the files... Is there a way, with MyST, to change only what is necessary? Something like myst update --html...
