Add SVG support for sponsor thumbnails on home page #1427

At the moment, when we upload sponsor logos, it only supports PNG or JPEG. They can upscale automatically and appear pixelated on high-resolution monitors. It might be good to investigate whether we could support SVG (or other vector formats) files on the website.
