Create content of the Example screener

the content should be saved in the repo somewhere... (probably by using the emulator export feature or something similar)

@sierscse I was able to test the workflow for updating the example screener and it seems to work (at least with my trivial update!)

Can you use the guide I generated to see if it works for you too? I'd recommend just making a very small change and then verifying it before trying to do any bigger edits.
